Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Meraki Sphere piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
- You have [14–30] days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- To start a return, email us at merakisphere@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we'll send you instructions for returning your item.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days of us receiving your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
